Our sales agent George and the manager Travis made our second car purchase, a used vehicle this time, just as easy. It has been well worth the drive from Jacksonville for great service. Our service advisor Justin, was there to great us for our scheduled routine oil change and got us back on the road in no time.

This dealership, and Leon in particular, is special, and this is coming from someone who is generally skeptical of dealerships and car salesmen in general! I’ve bought a couple of cars in my time, and had done my research ahead of time. We went to nearly every dealership in the region over a couple of weeks’ time, and the experience we had here was night and day compared to the others. From Leon to Almir to Jason to Mike, we were able to glean that this place was different. Throughout the sales process, we felt listened to, cared for, and treated with integrity and transparency — something very rare in today’s world. We were given a great deal and the experience after that was almost just as impressive — from financial approval to the car detail to the handoff of the car, it was an exceptional experience that included many laughs. They wanted to Haggle, but I just refused, And we did end up getting to the offer I was willing to accept. Dante is an exceptional Salesman Travis was also a great help although he probably was not happy with me as I gave him a run for his Money. I told him not 1 penny over what I was going to pay. He finally came through for me. And the Financial manager was wonderful as well.. I actually walked out pay less than what I was going to pay. Thanks guys. Shane was an amazing salesman. I never purchase anything without doing research first. This was the first time I ever purchased a vehicle without researching it or any others which is so unlike me. This speaks volumes about Shane. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made the purchase of my new vehicle so pleasant and fun. He was even more fabulous after the sale. He took time out of one of his busy afternoons about a week later showing me what all the buttons and knobs in the vehicle were for and setting up everything just how I wanted it.
