On 2/10 I took my car in for service at Hyundai, expecting to have one issue resolved. However, when I picked it up, my car had new problems and was no longer drivable. It had poor acceleration, shaking, and a knocking noise under the hood. I immediately voiced my concerns, emailing and leaving a review on 2/20. Had oil change and when it was done the sit was broken. I was not informed of the broken sit until I was preparing to leave the delivership. I was told that they are not responsible for breaking the seat but it was not broken when I arrived.

In my case, the only negatives were the car I came to get was not available and the 176 point inspection was not done when I took delivery requiring another trip to get it resolved. We had an absolutely pleasant experience and got a fair price for our new 2025 Palisade Calligraphy. We spoke to several dealerships who were either not helpful, or trying to rip us off on the price. Brandon Hyundai being the dealership that tried to charge 10K more for the same car. The salesman at St Augustine Hyundai was pleasant during the phone interaction and quickly gave us the price quotes and a full video walk-around of the vehicle. I bought my Hyundai from this dealership in 2014. I’m still driving it. I now live in Orange Park Florida. It is an 85 mile round trip for me to go in for service. I have two Hyundai dealerships near me but as long as I’m able I will drive to St Augutine Hyundai. Excellent facility, great customer service. Very professional! You won’t be disappointed!

What a great place to buy a car. No pressure sales and they listen to my wish list and gave me a more than fair trade-in value for my car. They let me take the car home and returned the next day to make sure it was the right car for me. Closing the deal took less than 1 hour when I returned the next day.

It was my first time getting my car serviced since i purchased it. From the moment i made my appointment until my car was serviced i was impressed. Everyone was kind and helpful. The young man who serviced my car was wonderful. My car was even washed and vacuumed, which means a lot because I had a kidney transplant and had been unable to clean my car out.
