The best dealership in the Jacksonville area. Leon is amazing, and so is Mauro. They gave me the best price with NO HASSLE unlike the dealerships closer to me. My Santa Cruz has been great! If you need a Hyundai, this is the place to go. Service department is fast (had some optional parts installed) and has a nice waiting room, too.

The experience I had was excellent. The staff was very nice and I felt it went fairly fast. My issue is with the salesman I bought my car from, I can clearly remember that he stated to me that I would have free oil changes for the first year. But when I got there, that was not the case.
I brought my Palosade in for an oil change and they told me of some recalls. Three hours later they wanted me to get other stuff done that cost money it was actually for a 30,000 mile service but I wasn’t at 30,000 miles yet . They also said caution on my tires they were half worn 5/32. I emailed my adviser and told him I had 4 new michelin tires installed in March of 2026 and only had 5,000 miles on them. I felt like they were trying to get money out of me for other work that did not need to be done.

It took three hours for scheduled maintenance, which is too long in my opinion. I get that sometimes things happen but if they were behind they should have let me know when I got there so I could've made arrangements to just drop my car off.

Talking with Justin has been a pleasure, comprehensive, calm and educated. I feel however that something else could have been done in the car. The impression is that if there is no id error in the software nothing is done while there are many many things happening around a car that is not captured by the software

Brought my truck for an 8 AM appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. Truck was sitting out waiting for 2 gallons of antifreeze to be delivered until 840. Was told they had to order it even though I had the appointment for four days. When I asked why I was told they did not want to have me cancel and be stuck with 2 gallons of antifreeze. Service went fine after this waiting almost 50 minutes for two simple gallons of antifreeze is ridiculous.
We appreciate Jacob for creating an easy, streamlined buying experience. We discussed terms via email for which Jacob was responsive and helpful. There was no predatory nonsense and when we showed up for paperwork, it went exactly as we expected. He even helped my wife reinstall our rather difficult car seat in the new vehicle. These guys will be our first stop for any hyundai related shopping we do in the future.
I like things casual and easy and that’s what Jacob was! He knew what I was looking for and found the car I wanted days later, had everything ready for me when I came in and was a really nice guy!

I would recommend this place because of Rich the finance manager. He went above and beyond to help us get the best deal for our trade in. I will say though it took me doing a lot of leg work and compairing dealship trade offers to get our deal done. Also know up front they do charge dealer fees. I will buy from them again based on the value of my new car and today's treatment. Thanks again Rich!

My service advisor, Danny, is great. All of the staff are courteous and professional. HOWEVER-the wait is terrible. 2 hours for an oil change is too much. Then, when I was checking out to leave, they told me that my tire had a nail in it, would I mind waiting 20-30 minutes longer to have it fixed. Yes, I mind. I had another appointment at 1.
