Run away, don't Walk, from Hyundai of Saint Augustine. They performed an update on my car's anti-theft system without my consent and when my car refused to start because of the anti-theft system update they refused to fix it and had me pay over $1,000 to fix my car. As I said, run away from this dealership!
I needed to have a couple of bulbs replaced. They were ordered for me. I was there not too long and was well taken care of.

Another car purchase for our family with Hyundai of xx Augustine. As with our first new car purchase in 2024, we were treated like family. With respect, dignity and fairness. Our sales agent George and the manager Travis made our second car purchase, a used vehicle this time, just as easy. It has been well worth the drive from Jacksonville for great service. Our service advisor Justin, was there to great us for our scheduled routine oil change and got us back on the road in no time.
Started with a engine warranty issue that was satisfied by the service department with Byran who took care a buyout including rental car reimbursement. I needed a car ,Dante helped me get through the process easily as well. Everything was straight forward and business like.
The service clerk was very nice and explained all aspects of the repairs i got. She even gave me info on some other things like updating my maps in my car.

Such an amazing experience from the initial test drive all the way to the end: the car I'd been searching for! I spent hours prior at a credit union that wouldn't work with me. I called Mauro at Hyundai and he said "come on in let's see if we can help." Got me a great deal and even put a bow on it for me. If I buy another car, it will be from him!

Hyundai of St Augustine is the best. About 6 months ago we bought two Hyundai's we went in there to look and got great service we ended up buying two cars. I just had a warranty job done the other day and can't believe how efficiently they took care of it. Upon checking in for my appointment, the service representative got immediately on the task and my car Servicing was In motion. For all the items of service I requested, they completed them very promptly.
Came for an oil change appointment at 9am and 6 people already ahead of me according to my contact Bryan they only have so many bays. He couldn’t give an estimate for when it would be completed, stating Idk we service 50 cars a day. So, I requested a Courtesy ride home. It felt like they were badgering me to upgrade my services, meanwhile they lied about how many miles my oil change was good for. A man ignored me when I walked in and was clipping his nails letting them fly all over the place. My car wash made my car dirtier looking than when I came in and I paid $150 for all of this.
Took a week to get a appointment. Had a 9.20 appointment got there 10 minutes early. Just a oil change, no other service. 11.40 the car was done. Nice people, clean car. I live 45 minutes away. Just seamed way to long for a scheduled oil change!

I had a appointment for a 4k oil change. It took two hours. It didn't need a multi point inspection . It only has 4000 miles on it. Why did I make an appointment?. Next time I will drop it off. Lesson learned

I especially enjoyed the free car wash at the end of appointments. The facility is spacious and filled with light and good vibes. Not so great was my experience with the Hyundai tire warranty. Do research before you purchase this! They will only pay for tires that get punctures in certain areas of the tire.
