One of the best service departments I have ever used ! The new dealership is beautiful and all service coordinators are extremely accommodating. I have worked with Danny Perez the last 2 service appointments and he was terrific. My last appointment was for the 60,000 mile service and I was given a loaner since it takes 4-5 hrs to complete. My SUV was done before the end of day and was completely washed.

Was a long day. Had to leave for food since there was no food accomodation. I provided my own financing. When I went to my bank to collect the check at the end of the day, I just felt it took too long for financing to see me, collect my money and let us leave. I feel that time could have been shortened after having been there all day. Overall, communication was quick, the process was straight forward and we got a good sticker price value on the car.
The service person (Justine) did an excellent job recommending what needed to be done and explaining why. Justine treats customers with respect and I trust what he says. I also trust the mechanic (Keith M.) with taking care of my car and his recommendations. Both are outstanding at what they do and represent Hyundai well with their honesty and integrity.

Although I scheduled one recall that I was aware of, turns out there were two, for which I didn't have time allocated. Was told have to do both recalls at same time. I had to reschedule for a second appt but the second appt was smooth. This could have been coordinated better.
At first I was upset because at the time of purchase of our second hyundai within a year a deal was made for a couple free oil changes. Somehow this had been lost along the way. After going back and forth with the service advisor, she agreed to do the work with no cost as promised at purchase. She was very helpful along the way and helped to attempt to make everything right.
