Awesome customer service. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a service advisor and they asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. The advisor confirmed it on their tablet. They took my Santa Fe for service and was escorted into the customer service lounge. I was shown all the complimentary items then I relaxed and waited for my vehicle. It was quick and my Santa fe was also washed. Great service thanks.

I love this dealership. It’s the best one in three counties. The manager Jimmy came by to say hello. Wanted to know if I wanted to trade my car in. I chuckled cause I love my Genesis. The mechanics, the service writers the whole team is phenomenal. Unfortunately, once in a while, Things don’t always work out easily, but I’m thrilled that they are here and service my car.
On July 22, 2024, the team of professionals at the new Hyundai of St. Augustine dealership (Service Shop) proved that returning for a third time was a good decision. First; the manager, Joe King, kept his promise of ensuring that my Santa Fe would be serviced in a bay where I could observe the work being done through the glass window from the customer lobby. The service advisor was Justin. He did a great job with the initial greeting and kept me informed of the status throughout the appointment. The work was completed by Keith, who also did a great job, and more impressively spent a few minutes talking with me about the service, or answering any other questions I might have had. Second; great job to the car wash team! My first visit to the dealership for service was on a rainy day, so my SUV didn't get washed or vacuumed. I will not mention the second visit in this review... but my most recent visit, which was my third, left me impressed at how well the car wash team did with vacuuming and cleaning my car. Third; done in an excellent amount of time! Even though it was a simple oil change with tire rotation and complimentary wash-n-dry, I still want to mention that the time I spent there, about one hour, was a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, the service I received at Hyundai of St. Augustine was outstanding! I will definitely be returning, and I will also recommend the dealership to others.

Towed vehicle 85 miles to Hyundai dealership in Gainesville Fl, and they said part was unavailable in which took a week to repair. Car was returned dirty without exterior wash as they said machine was broken. Overcharged for fuel line repair $1234.00. Vehicle has only 44000 on odometer. . Was charged $$305.86 for nylon fuel line part # 31310-F3500 and $ $818.68 for install. Ask why so much and reply fuel line install is very labor intensive.

We made two trips for a repair to fix trim that keeps popping of the rear passenger window. We wasn’t home 1 week and it popped off. To long of a wait for service. Just for that we were booked out 3 weeks and with rain it leaks down thru window. Not good

Unable to repair vehicle due to not having part.. Stranded 352 miles from home. Towed vehicle 85 miles to Hyundai dealership in Gainesville Fl, and they said part was unavailable in which took a week to repair. Car was returned dirty without exterior wash as they said machine was broken. Overcharged for fuel line repair $1234.00. Vehicle has only 44000 on odometer. . Was charged $$305.86 for nylon fuel line part # 31310-F3500 and $ $818.68 for install. Ask why so much and reply fuel line install is very labor intensive.

The mechanics, the service writers the whole team is phenomenal. Unfortunately, once in a while, Things don’t always work out easily, but I’m thrilled that they are here and service my car.
Great service! They even cleaned my car, washed it and vacuumed it. Everyone was very attentive and went out of their way to help me.

I needed a multi point inspection and wa willing to pay for a real thorough one. Little did I know every thing is 16( an issue. An issue! Paid for the dash light 165 but the GPS has been black but occasionally comes on fine in high heat . Either gonna be a reboot or a fortune. A top drawer dealership would have addressed that if for nothing else safety reason. Never should have left car go like that. Not Madison’s fault. However if I were the tech and i know he knew it was out., a simple reboot to see if it might helped. Now I’m gonna get it repaired but had no idea you needed another $165 to check it out. Then the stuck windshield washer. Another $165? Just to check it out? I always used your dealership when my Santa Fe was new and I understand hourly rate but everything I wanted checked could have been done in an hour. My wife’s car. She wanted the GPS of all checked out .Not happy as that was gonna be the sign she would get a new one. Wanted that Palisade but too long for garage.
