Our sales specialist George was absolutely amazing. He was non-pushy, very Knowledgeable, and was fun to work with. We had just spent a couple hours at a different dealership before walking into hyundai and felt defeated, but George and the team at Hyundai really improved our overall car shopping experience and were happy to walk out with a new car within a few Hours. Not saying that they will do this for everyone, but they even stayed Open late for us so that we wouldn’t have to come back. The finance manager, Jason, has a great sense of humor, that my husband and I greatly appreciated after a long day. The dealership is very nice. They have comfortable seating,, snacks, fruits, water, soda and coffee which by they way is great. You can choose Colombian or Bustelo coffee. Bathroom are clean and everyone is delightful.

You can’t get in to even get an oil change without an appointment weeks in advance. Also, you can’t get peoples records right. I am not the customer James that you keep sending emails about. I have tried multiple times to get you guys to fix this to no avail!!!! Service says to talk to management. Management says to talk to service. I do own a hyundai that I boight from st augustine but will no longer be taking it to you for service.
Reason for a 4 star instead of 5 my car wasn’t washed which is the service they provide. Second time this has happened. They will make it right when you call. Otherwise a pleasant experience. Waiting room is Beautiful, well stocked with drinks and snacks for you while you wait for your vehicle.
Everyone there was fabulous. They all treated me like family. Each department worked very well with each other department. They always take good care of my car and let me know about updates.
Randy was very helpful finding the right vehicle that fit my needs. He never tried to over sell me or push me into a vehicle I didnt need. He also was able to get me the best deal around.
2months & $600 later, car broke down the following morning after receiving it back. Fought not to pay for the rental, and it was like pulling teeth to get one. Who can go without a car for two months while they fiddle around NOT fixing the issue? Rude, inconsiderate, could not ever get in touch with management regarding our problems, just kept getting the run around. So when I finally got my car back, and it broke down the next morning..I had to pay to get it towed to Bozard Ford and traded it in. What an absolute waste of my money and time. I will never get a Hyundai from them again solely for this reason. Tunde literally talked crap about my husband directly to my face because he was STANDING UP FOR US AND MY CHILDRENS SAFETY IN THAT CAR.

This is the second car I’ve bought from Hyundai of Saint Augustine. I got a 25 Elantra N, my father brought me to pick up. Ben went out of his way to top off my fathers Hyundai Santa Cruz. Ben kept me entertained and showed off his funny side, making the car-buying experience a blast. I came back here because during the pandemic, they didn’t add markups on the Elantra N I was buying at the time. I’m glad I did because I got to meet Ben and his awesome personality made the drive worth it.

James was so chill, no pressure sales tactic, let us go at our own pace... We decided to buy the vehicle, and James did his best to get us a good price,. When we went pick up the vehicle, unfortunately, James had an unexpected delay, So, he turned us over to Jason to finish the transaction. Jason was also amazing helping James close the sale...Onto to JJ, the finance guy...He was also amazing, not upselling unneeded products. Overall, an awesome experience in what is a usually a stress filled day. I highly recommend Hyundai of St Augustine.

Mirena Napier is the absolute best!!! Our 2020 Sonata, which we love, had a blinking running light that was not easy to diagnose. She sent us home in a nice rental and she and her tech, Andrew Runyon, persisted until they found the problem and replaced the faulty headlight. Unable to repair vehicle due to not having part.. Stranded 352 miles from home. Towed vehicle 85 miles to Hyundai dealership in Gainesville Fl, and they said part was unavailable in which took a week to repair. Car was returned dirty without exterior wash as they said machine was broken. Overcharged for fuel line repair $1234.00. Vehicle has only 44000 on odometer. . Was charged $$305.86 for nylon fuel line part # 31310-F3500 and $ $818.68 for install. Ask why so much and reply fuel line install is very labor intensive.
We made two trips for a repair to fix trim that keeps popping of the rear passenger window. We wasn’t home 1 week and it popped off. To long of a wait for service. Just for that we were booked out 3 weeks and with rain it leaks down thru window. Not good

My purchase from Hyundia of St Augustine was largely in part to Jonathan's willingness to work with me without "pressure purchase" techniques. Price is always a key factor and invoice information on vehicles is easily obtained via Internet. Nonetheless, based on my experience with Jonathan I will start with him on my next purchase which may be a soon as next month.
