Once we agreed to buy the car, there was no urgency to get us on the way back home. We waited over an hour to see the finance department and we were paying cash. Then over another hour to clean the car, they left the dirty floor mats in the trunk, didn't have the tag available to install and forgot the gas fiilup entirely. Shane had moved on to his next customer and left us with a stagg member on his first day. Nice guy but had to ask how to get things done. We were them promised a full tank if gas and full detail later, but you are 55 miles away. Not too convenient.

I purchased 2023 Koni Sept 2023. With Jermsine. Service has been great on last oil change 30 k miles and said hello to Jermaine, I never see him. When I say there's no pressure here, that extends to the finance department where most dealerships try to slip a bunch of extra costs into the deal. Not here. In fact, my friend had been advised to purchase gap insurance. The finance manager said that he gets paid to sell her stuff like that, but in her case she didn't need it. Sleazy business practices at this dealer and incompetent service center. You are much better off finding a local trustworthy independent shop. They couldn’t find the source of a slow coolant leak and told me I was wrong and there was no leak and the car was perfectly fine. I even sent them pictures circling the source of the leak and explained I’ve had to refill the coolant twice in only a few thousand miles. They were dismissive and told me I was wrong and there was no leak. They suggested I take it to another shop for a second opinion. The second shop found the source of the leak within a few minutes. The car is a 2020 Tucson with 35k miles on it and it’s our 3rd vehicle we bought from this dealer. When we went pick up the vehicle, unfortunately, James had an unexpected delay, So, he turned us over to Jason to finish the transaction. Mirena Napier is the absolute best!!! Our 2020 Sonata, which we love, had a blinking running light that was not easy to diagnose. She sent us home in a nice rental and she and her tech, Andrew Runyon, persisted until they found the problem and replaced the faulty headlight. The car was returned spotlessly clean and with a big smile from Mirena. Couldn't ask for more.

On 2/10 I took my car in for service at Hyundai, expecting to have one issue resolved. However, when I picked it up, my car had new problems and was no longer drivable. It had poor acceleration, shaking, and a knocking noise under the hood. I immediately voiced my concerns, emailing and leaving a review on 2/20. After nearly a month, someone finally came to inspect the vehicle on 3/19. What they found was shocking—cylinders 2 and 3 weren’t even in the spark plugs, and the screws were left inside the driver’s side door. Cylinder 4 was completely disconnected. These careless mistakes explained the severe new issues. It’s disappointing that a dealership can’t be trusted to perform basic repairs without the fear of them intentionally sabotaging your vehicle to charge more money. Mr. DiFeo even sent a generic email stating, “Per Joe’s email below, the inspection wouldn’t have affected the drivability of the vehicle.” Meanwhile, Hyundai never even put my car back together properly. This is not just bad service—it’s a serious safety hazard.

By the way, I will not look for legal support. I will not spend any more money you guys are already benefit from your bad sales. Yes, I am up set. I got off to a little bit of a slow start because they were really busy, but once we were able to get my purchase going it was excellent. They didn't try to stack on a bunch of dealer accessories that I didn't want. They didn't pressure me about warranty and service contracts. Everything was presented in a professional and ethical way.
