I originally called Germaine as I had leased 2cars
I originally called Germaine as I had leased 2cars through him. He was rude and seemed disinterested in selling me my leased car. I am a retired widow and rely on help from my son- in- law in such matters as purchasing a vehicle. My son-in-law works out of state and is only available on Saturday. Germaine insisted I had to go into the dealer on Monday or first thing the following Saturday morning. I could not. My son-in-law took me in on Saturday morning the same week I called. When we went in sales people were walking around, sitting talking…it was very slow. Leon was right there..greeted us and when I told him why we were there, he said he could do all the paperwork for me. He was delightful! He did the paperwork. The finance office was closed. I did return on Monday to sign the loan documents. Leon made my experience a positive one. And Bob .. in the finance office was also a delight. What began as a bad experience ended well and Leon and Bob kept me as a Haundai customer. I had considered going to another dealer to have them buy the lease and purchase a car through Toyota. Leon is a keeper!!!

Jacob is amazing. He worked with me throughout the day. To try to find a car for my son who was buying his first car. When we got there, he had the car pretty much ready to go. And my son fell in love with it. He stayed with us through the whole process and made it so easy. And so comfortable. He was very friendly and he was an amazing salesperson who didn't use high pressure sales. He was very comfortable with my son. And really treated him wonderfully. The car was amazing. The financing was great, and everybody. There was very friendly and very thoughtful. Jacob is a great salesperson, and I will definitely use saint augustine hyundai. When I go to buy another car and always look for jacob.

There was no predatory nonsense and when we showed up for paperwork, it went exactly as we expected. He even helped my wife reinstall our rather difficult car seat in the new vehicle. These guys will be our first stop for any hyundai related shopping we do in the future.

I brought my Palosade in for an oil change and they told
I brought my Palosade in for an oil change and they told me of some recalls. Three hours later they wanted me to get other stuff done that cost money it was actually for a 30,000 mile service but I wasn’t at 30,000 miles yet . They also said caution on my tires they were half worn 5/32. I emailed my adviser and told him I had 4 new michelin tires installed in March of 2026 and only had 5,000 miles on them. I felt like they were trying to get money out of me for other work that did not need to be done.

Another car purchase for our family with Hyundai of St Augustine. As with our first new car purchase in 2024, we were treated like family. With respect, dignity and fairness. Our sales agent George and the manager Travis made our second car purchase, a used vehicle this time, just as easy. It has been well worth the drive from Jacksonville for great service. Our service advisor Justin, was there to great us for our scheduled routine oil change and got us back on the road in no time.

Shane was an amazing salesman. I never purchase anything without doing research first. This was the first time I ever purchased a vehicle without researching it or any others which is so unlike me. This speaks volumes about Shane. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made the purchase of my new vehicle so pleasant and fun. He was even more fabulous after the sale. He took time out of one of his busy afternoons about a week later showing me what all the buttons and knobs in the vehicle were for and setting up everything just how I wanted it. He was so helpful and kind. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
