I had bought the extended warranty because of all the new to me electronics in my 21 Santa Fe. Glad I did when the backup camera started acting up. The radio and electronics needed a reset. That seems to have taken care of the problem. It took a few hours, but no cost to me. Mirena facilitated it all. Very happy with my car and care.

Purchased an Ionic 5 from Dylan yesterday. Wonderful experience, and Dylan and the entire staff was great, efficient, and accommodating. Three other dealerships had offers and later had hidden fees, Dylan was very up front with pricing, laid back, and helpful. We drove 3 hours away, past many closer dealerships, to make sure we got the best deal and experience from Dylan and the staff. Strongly recommend.

An AI was talking on the phone when I went to book the appointment for my oil change, and it claimed to have booked my appointment. I drove twenty miles for them to say I wasn't on the appointment list, so we waited about three hours for the oil change. However, they changed my oil, so it wasn't too bad. They even cleaned my car, which was another plus.
Very professional and friendly. Took care of my car and kept me informed. He also got my car finished faster than I expected .
Having 90,000 mile check and knew it would take awhile. Waiting area is clean and chairs are fairly comfortable. Snacks and drinks are easily accessible.

This $61,000 vehicle has been in the shop 4 times for repairs and it only has 3113 miles on it. It's a piece of junk.
