Great experience, considering it was leasing an car—our 2024 Hyundai Elantra. Unable to visit the dealership before purchase, Michael Early had all the paperwork prepared except for our signatures, in advance. We drove our trade-in to St Augustine Hyundai and 45 minutes later we were in our newly leased Elantra headed home. Mike is so friendly and helpful. Ray was super fast at getting our signatures done, and all the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. We have been leasing our Hyundais from St. Augustine Hyundai for 15 years now, and would not dream of going anywhere else! Highly recommend this dealership!

Almir made the numbers work, without him the deal wouldn't have gotten done as I was not in need of a new car. Shane was great at facilitating the process and answering all my questions. I found this dealership as soon as I moved to St. Augustine and have been with them ever since. Everything about the dealership, from the thoughtful, caring sales person I have always dealt with, to the excellent service department, is top notch. My second car was totaled while traveling and when I returned home, Randy Selph and the finance department were super helpful in getting me set up with a new car immediately, even before the insurance settlement check was received. Coiuldn't ask for more!

In my opinion, this is not a Dealership to trust to. My opinion bases on the sales and Sales management of the front office. However, if the head is dirty, so is the tail. By the way, I will not look for legal support. I will not spend any more money you guys are already benefit from your bad sales. Yes, I am up set. I remember, the day I purchased the car, there was a not on the windshield, said, "This car is not for sale." But it was sold to me. What do you say about it?
