Well I have never had such great communication from any sales person like I did with Leon! He kept me informed every step of our process, sent pictures, and worked with us via text and email as we are from out of town. Once we were at the dealership to finalize paperwork our experience was quick and smooth. We weren't done with great service then. Leon is awesome! We've bought 6 cars from Hyundai of St. Augustine, and I think the last 5 from him. He's not just interested in making a sale, but interested in finding the right sale for you! We have pointed out a few cars in the past that he said he didn't even want to show us (either due to knowing us or because he wasn't a fan of the make/model), and we love the honesty! I recently purchased my 4th Hyundai from this dealer. The entire transaction, which included negotiated trade and financing was completed via a few emails with the owner Andrew DiFeo. I was give a fair trade value and a fair out the door price for a new 2023 Sonata. The process couldn’t have been simpler. Once we had agreed in everything he handed me off to Ava Hamilton to process the sale. Ava had everything ready via electronic signatures and within hours was ready to deliver the car and take away my trade 2 hours away from the dealership. Ava is the person you want when it comes to purchasing a vehicle! She is a woman on a mission when it comes to ANYTHING that needs done throughout the process. There was a wheel lug nut that required a special key and within seconds she was on it and already making sure our concerns were brought to ease, but after double checking we just didn’t see it was in the backseat the whole time! Couldn’t be happier with my 2023 Hyundai Tucson and wonderful buying experience. I knew St. Augustine Hyundai was different in the fall when George gave me a run down of all the features of the Limited trim, and there are many, and then just tossed me the keys and let my husband and I take it for a spin. I was impressed with how chill this dealership was compared to others where I had to fill out my info, let them make a copy of my drivers license, etc. We weren’t quite ready to buy since it was my first time in a Hyundai following over 20 yrs of nothing but Hondas. After months of research and a few emails and texts back and forth with George, I was given a fair amount for my trade and 0% interest from Hyundai. The whole deal took 24 hrs. Paperwork was ready when we got there and Eddie, the finance manager was as chill and easy to work with as George. Can't Beat Hyundai of St Augustine
Recently purchased a new 2020 Sonata SEL from Hyundai of St Augustine. This is not my first new car purchase from this dealership but I came back, Why? When you purchase a new car I think it is important that you feel you were treated fairly, got a fair deal and were not pressured at the final closing to purchase additional items like extended warranty, paint sealer or windshield/upholstery treatment. After the purchase you expect the service department to be straight with you and not try to pressure you to perform service that is beyond the warranty requirements and all at a competitive price. The years that passed after my earlier new car purchase from Hyundai of St Augustine I had ample opportunity yo see first hand how the Service Department operated and have always been treated with great professionalism and I don't get suspicious if they tell me the car needs something because they have earned my trust. I am getting up in years and have purchased many new cars in different cities and states and Hyundai of St Augustine is the first dealership I have encountered that I would recommend to my family members and friends. That is why I came back.

Best CarBuying Experience
I recently bought a veche from another Hyundai dealer and it was not a pleasurable experience and was skiddish about having to buy another vechicle. I was referred to Randy and he is the BEST salesman I’ve encountered! He made the experience seamless AND he made us the best deal. We are super happy with the car and the experience!
