My name is Dinah Evans and I have been the Title Clerk for the dealership for over a year now.  It has been exciting to see how the company has grown and it's all due to the great brand that we sell, as well as the customer service we provide to our customers.  Hyundai of St. Augustine is a very comfortable place to work and  truly has a team feeling.  In addition, there are so many city events that our GM sponsors and it's great to know that I am part of a team that supports our community!

I began working in the automotive industry in 1993.  Since that time I have unfortunately watched the retail car business decay like a bad tooth.  Very few dealerships do more than pay "lip service" to customer service and employee moral.
I kep hearing about Hyundai of St augustine while working at another dealership in town.  My own customers were telling me how much better the experience was at Hyundai of St Augustine.
In December of 2010 I made a very good decision.  I decided to join the team here and have not looked back.  Finally...a dealership that "get's it"!  You can sell a great product at a fair price.  You can give world class customer service.  You can reward your staff and allow them to succeed.
I have observed that automobile dealerships have their own culture.  That culture is a reflection of the values of the owner and his management team.  We have a winning customer oriented culture here because of the vision of our owner, management, and a team of individuals that have "bought in" to that vision.
I have every confidence that we will continue to grow and improve.  I see us having a very positive impact on our customers and our community for a very long time to come.
